A name, location, or other term entered in a search box goes to the third-party provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. A message sent by email or through a contact form may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the exchange. Contact messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Normal web operations may collect technical details when a page loads, including:
